We are ACAS Accredited Workplace Mediators 

Workplace mediation is a process in which a neutral third party, the mediator, helps two or more parties in a conflict to reach a mutually agreeable solution.

Mediation is a voluntary process, and the parties involved are free to accept or reject the mediator's suggestions.
